Down 3.5lbs and 2.5%BF this week. Today is my birthday. Tomorrow… well, tomorrow is the only day that counts. I’ve planned at LEAST a Chinese Buffet and Carlyle’s Pizza, maybe I’ll finish that Ben & Jerry’s I got last week.

Weight - 170.2lbs (Up from 168.8 on day 8)
BodyFat % - 18.0 (Up from 21 on day 9)
BodyFat Weight - 30.63lbs (Down from 33.42 on day 8)
Lean Muscle Mass - 43.1% (Up from 41 on day 9)
Lean Muscle Mass Weight - 73.35lbs (Up from 69.54 on day 8)
Today’s breakfast was 3 eggs + 1 egg white, pinto and black beans, and spinach. Added a scoop of vanilla whey protein to my coffee to give it a bit of flavor. Sometimes straight black gets kinda old when you aren’t using awesome coffee.
Gym status - They probably think I died. Haven’t been in roughly 12 days now. I want to completely recover from whatever I was doing wrong to get started with the modified SS 5X5 or SL programs.
What really amazed me is that my lean muscle mass has increased by almost 4 lbs with very little exercise other than 100-150 pushups spread out over the day. Still sore from the makeshift kettlebell swings, gonna give it another shot today.

Today I ran out of eggs, so I had to make due with my old standby… The whey protein shake. However, I’ll make it up at lunch with a wonderful homemade Burrito Bol that WON’T cost me $10 fucking dollars.
